Aspects and Milestones Trust is a health and social care charity providing community care services for people with learning disabilities, older people and people with mental health needs, including dementia. Our services cover the areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

Our Mission Statement is:
"To enable people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities to develop a fulfilling life in the community and to continually seek to improve and be responsive to the changing needs and wishes of the people we support."

We support more than 600 people in a way which helps them to define and achieve their own goals and aspirations, whatever their abilities. We provide our services using this person centred approach within a range of residential and nursing care homes, supported living projects, community based day services, support at home and supported employment projects.
