Organisational Structure of the Trust
Aspects and Milestones Trust is a registered charity (No. 294377). It is governed by a Board of Trustees who appoint a management team to run the Trust. We also have Trustee sub groups covering three main areas, namely, Care Practices, Human Resources and Training and future Strategies.
These groups are a mix of Trustees and senior managers. The information and outcomes of these groups are fed back to the Board of Trustee meetings on a regular basis.
