The home is fully staffed and up to 9 hours floating support are available each week.

Accommodation for those suffering with enduring mental health problems.

A modern detached property with three large bedrooms and situated at the end of a quiet and attractive residential close.

3 hours of floating support provided each week.

Providing comfortable and well planned accommodation for those with mental health needs who wish to achieve a period of stability in their life.

A four bedroom bungalow providing accommodation for three people. The property has a shared kitchen, diner / lounge, bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

It is situated in a pleasant residential area with access to a range of local shops and services and with good local bus links.

There are vacancies in the day care "Towards Independence" programme.

This runs Mon-Fri

10.00-12 30, and 1.30 – 4.00pm with 1/2 hour breaks, and 1 hour break for lunch.

Attendees welcome to join in with any one or all sessions as needed.

Aspects and Milestones Recovery Pathway Service.

 

The Recovery Pathway Service provides adults of working age, experiencing enduring mental health difficulties, with the opportunity to follow “a personal development and recovery pathway” based upon individual identified goals and outcomes. Support from our specialist mental health service enables people to develop skills, using “strengths-based working”, including life skills, personal learning and thinking skills and opportunities to develop in educational and vocational areas. There is great emphasis on building professional relationships to support people to live a meaningful and independent life within the community.

 

The service offers opportunities within agreed time limits and over several geographical locations. This can include moving across different environments within the service, to maximise the benefits of a variety of accommodation/ learning opportunities.

 

We can offer:

 

Individual, person centred, holistic support packages.

 

Education and vocational development.

 

Pre-admission engagement support.

 

24-hour residential support accommodation.

 

On-going community move-on support.

Therapeutic support through one to one and group work
