Introduction to Staff Development Services

Through our courses and range of learning and development opportunities we aim to support both people and our services to fulfil their potential.

Most of our courses are half day or full day although we also run longer, modular courses covering, for example, leadership and dementia care.

Many of our courses are delivered by freelance trainers who are acknowledged experts in their fields. We also have our own in house trainers who bring with them a wealth of practical experience and increasingly service users are participating in the delivery of our courses.

We would be delighted to welcome employees from other organisations to any of our courses. Our charges are £50 per delegate for one day courses, £35 for our half day courses and £400 for a staff team of up to fourteen staff [costs do not include venue hire and refreshments].
